While physiotherapy focuses on rehabilitation, our sessions add progressive strength and conditioning exercises designed to improve your movement, strength, and resilience. Together, they offer a well-rounded approach—not only to help you feel better, but to keep you stronger and more capable every day.
  • What can I expect from my initial consultation?
    Our free virtual consultation is designed for your convenience. We’ll begin by assessing your body metrics, goals, movement limitations, and any training or injury history. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals and move more comfortably.
  • What can I expect from the first fitness session?
    In your first one-on-one virtual session, we'll start with a detailed movement assessment. Then, we'll guide you through a warm-up and posture-correcting exercises. After that, we'll focus on functional movements, making any needed adjustments. We end the session with a light stretch and cool down.
  • How long does a session last?​
    The initial consultation lasts 30 minutes. Each ongoing session lasts 60 minutes.

    Yes! All our services are available virtually, making it easy and convenient for you.
  • Is virtual training effective?
    Yes, virtual training is highly effective. At Revital, we use live, one-on-one sessions to deliver personalized workouts that focus on your specific needs. Our expert-led training ensures you receive real-time feedback, guidance, and motivation, just like in-person sessions. With the added convenience of training from your own space, virtual training allows you to stay consistent and achieve your goals without the hassle of travel or scheduling conflicts.

    Currently, we specialize in virtual training to provide the flexibility and convenience our clients need. This approach allows us to reach a broader range of people, including those who may not have access to local in-person services. However, our virtual sessions are designed to be just as effective, offering personalized guidance and real-time feedback to help you achieve your goals from the comfort of your own space.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?​
    Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. Any sessions cancelled under 24-hours will be charged.
